Tiny House Description
2021 Anchored Tiny Homes Tiny Home up for sale! We have been in love with our 340sqft tiny home but we are being called to Tennessee to follow God’s calling placed on our family. TN’s local laws don’t really allow any tine homes, so we unfortunately are having to sell our custom built home. We had it built up in northern California by Anchored Tiny Homes (who now builds complete/full homes). We are not providing owner financing for our home. Cash only. Our tiny is located in Royse City (just northeast of Dallas) and has a beautiful pond front view, and it sits in a 10-acre tiny home community off FM 35 and 276. This was a $135k build along with the $12k custom patio space and skirting. The sun rises in the morning over the pond, and sets on the back side of the house during the hottest part of the day, which means the patio is a good 20 degrees cooler than in the direct sun. The farm-house home is all electric (100amp) no tanks. It’s a triple axel, road legal gooseneck trailer that’s 35’ long. Home comes complete with a commercial grade full sized washer and dryer, dishwasher (smaller one), couch that folds out into a queen bed downstairs, built in desk, large refrigerator/freezer, under gooseneck storage, full skirting around entire home, covered private patio, all window coverings/blinds/curtains, tiled shower, etc. Windows throughout the home are all double paned, and the home is entirely shiplap inside. It holds heat and cool well inside the home. The home also has 2 mini split systems that take care of the hating and cooling. Home has a metal roof…so no need to worry about roof maintenance. Throughout the home is mostly LED lighting, but there are a few tungsten practicals as well. The home is also hurricane strapped down currently as well, for those bad storms that come through TX. The home is incredibly efficient, and we would pay roughly $100/month (average billing) for electric, and we like to keep our home really cool in the summer months. The main living area has a full entertainment center with built in closets on each side. The couch is a convertible queen sleeper sofa, and is quite comfy. There is a built in desk as well, which I used as my office. The TV cutout in the main living area fits up to a 50-55” TV depending on make/model. The kitchen boasts all the appliances you would ever need along with butcher block countertops, beautiful backsplash, vaulted 13.5’ ceilings, GFI outlets, full size electric range/oven and vented hood, dishwasher, residential size fridge/pull out freezer, waterfall double sided farmhouse sink, etc. All appliances are stainless steel. The first of 2 mini splits is above the fridge in the kitchen. The bathroom has a full size commercial grade washer and dryer (side by side).
