I am selling my custom-built tiny house. I poured my heart and soul into this house and had lived in it for less than a year. And as much as I absolutely don’t want to let her go, I’m beginning a new chapter of my life and I would like to find a good home for her. Description: The house is on wheels and is 34 feet long, 8 feet wide and 13.5 feet tall and was built on a new steel frame. The house has two lofts, a balcony off the main loft, a porch under the second loft, a kitchen and a nice sized bathroom & shower.

Hot water is provided by a digital tankless water heater that is powered with propane. Additionally, the house is powered by AC (i.e. it’s wired for normal electrical devices) and power to house is controlled by a central fuse box.
